Do this:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

- Scan the sea horizon until you find a point in front of you at the height of your eyes
- Gazing at that point and only that, avoiding blinking
- When the eyes get tired of fixing ax they close spontaneously
- While the eyelids are resting, feel your breath
- Synchronize it with the reverberation of the sea waves
- At every inspiration the sea breathes
- At each exhalation repeat mentally RELAX<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Repeat until you prefer, with a few steps you have already reached a state of very pleasant self-hypnosis.\nIf you want you can wake up or fall asleep, in both cases later will feel regenerated like after three weeks of vacation by the sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
