Procedures for a basic hypnosis session<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once familiar with the\u00a0suggestibility test <\/a>\u00a0and having learned the difference between analytical and non-analytical subjects, a first hypnosis session can be organized. To conduct a session it is advisable to avoid rigidity and schematicity. These are guidelines, useful as a basic procedure to get started. The practice will teach us to be very flexible, each person is unique beyond any classification and it will therefore be advisable to refine skills such as presence, instinct, sensitivity, optionality and creativity to act in the \u201cHERE AND NOW\u201d<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The subject could react differently than the chosen classification (here, for example, that of the two macro categories but there are others), it is better to be flexible and open, ready to change approach at any time beyond the test results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
